FSS Secures Regulatory Win for Railroad Client

FSS recently helped secure an order from the California Public Utilities Commission granting FSS’s client the right to build a third railroad track in the City of Santa Fe Springs, California. The order resolves an important piece of the construction of the overall grade separation project in the City of Santa Fe Springs.

“I’m very honored that FSS was able to play a part in helping our client navigate this administrative process so they could get this grade separation project moving forward,” Shareholder Jacob D. Flesher said. “We are also grateful for the thoughtful consideration the Safety and Enforcement Division and the entire CPUC gave to this project.”

The order successfully concludes over a year of litigation in the CPUC’s administrative law courts.
